Attention student artists! The University Museum at SIUC is seeking applications for Sustain, a juried collegiate recycled art exhibition. Sustain has been organized to feature college artists working with recycled and waste materials in their work. Three winners will be selected whose work and artist profile will be printed in a pamphlet about the exhibition and The Big Rabbits are made from recycled plastic bottles. After the installation is finished, the prolific and cutting-edge art studio destroys the installation and recycles it into a new animal and another project. The Big Rabbits recycled art Installation from Cracking Art Group in Italy has been turning heads across Europe. The recycled Recycled art is nothing new on Ecofriend, but we just can’t let our eyes off objects reincarnated from things we usually throw in our trash bags. Yuken Teryua is another artist from Japan who knows the value of trashed objects and has the skill to make them a part of your living room |
